Where is it made?

Wayzn Smart Pet Door is designed and assembled in the USA using components from various countries.

What colors does it come in?

Wayzn Smart Pet Door comes in white, but you are able to paint the product components any color you like.

What size sliding doors does it work with?

Wayzn Smart Pet Door works with most 5, 6 and 8-foot, two-panel sliding glass doors regardless of which direction they open or how heavy they are. The product comes in 3 models: Small (opens 8.4"-9.5"); Medium (opens 10.4"-11.5"); and Large, opens (8.4"-17.7"). The exact door opening width is dependent on the door size and specific design of your door (exposed track area). What about external screen doors?

Wayzn Smart Pet Door only operates the sliding door, currently, but we are working on an affordable accessory that allows it to operate the door and screen door together. We hope to have it available later this year.

What care and cleaning is required?

Wayzn Smart Pet Door requires no maintenance and can be cleaned using a slightly damp cloth, but in order to use product, you must keep your door in good working order.

How durable is it?

Wayzn utilizes very durable parts and should provide many years of normal use.

Is Wayzn Smart Pet Door safe?

Wayzn Smart Pet Door was designed with safety in mind. It incorporates multiple sensors to protect you and your pets. Because it opens and closes doors, we recommend not using it in households with children under the age of 5.
